An Analysis of "I, pet goat II"

This article is supporting information for The Pershivelt Theory.

It is easy to predict the future when you control everything necessary to force that future.

The truly powerful few in the world communicate covertly in plain sight. They use symbolism and hide their messages in stuff you see every day — most people don’t realize it. The messages are there, if you know how to see them and if you’re enlightened enough to know how to understand it.

We’ve all seen the “Illuminati eye” symbolism and most know what it means. (By the way, I think Britney is a good person.)

Note how most of these are over the left eye. Makes one wonder who are controlled by good people vs. bad people. I think the left eye is evil and the right eye is not. I could be wrong, though — I’m not an insider.

Rarely does a powerful faction produce a detailed covert message that is meant to be understood by all. I believe this extraordinarily rare event happened in 2012.

Their objective demonstrated their pedigree (very powerful), terrified their opponents, described future events and proved their existence to the general population — if you can see it.

On July 3, 2012, a Canadian studio named Heliofant (https://www.heliofant.com/) published a 7 minute and 27 second video on YouTube called “I, pet goat II”¹. If you’ve never seen it or just need a refresher, I strongly suggest watching it now, before you continue. Seriously — watch it first. (Note: All of the videos on the Heliofant YouTube channel have been deleted as of September, 2023. I’ve replaced the link with a different version. The time stamps should be very close.)

Special Note: In 2021, someone published “I, pet goat 1” and “I, pet goat 3” on YouTube, but it wasn’t Heliofant and I don’t believe they have anything to do with “I, pet goat II”. In my opinion, either someone was trying to monetize clicks with poor copycatting or bad actors were intentionally trying to confuse the information space.

This short film won awards at various film festivals (https://heliofant.com/media.html). It is masterfully produced and remarkably detailed. Heavy in ancient symbology and containing minimal spoken or textual cues, it tells a story of spiritual enlightenment defeating the hidden evil that controlled us. In preparing this series of articles, I found over 225 data points that I believe are possible to explain. These points have specific and powerful meanings. Without explanation, the video is amusing but not profound.

“Heliofant” in French means “child of the sun”. This may be an allusion to ancient proto-religions involving sun worship going back even before the times of early Egypt and Sumeria.

Interpreting this film is quite complex. It contains what would initially appear to most to be a combination of real and fictitious elements. After careful study of thousands of world events and occult esoterica, I believe the film to be 100% factual. This film is a carefully coded description of a covert operation that is in progress as of this writing.

I’ve spent more than 20,000 hours in the last 6 years reading and trying to figure out exactly what is really going on in the world. This gave me a huge advantage to be able to see the overall hidden plot of this film. The meaning of the film becomes extremely potent when these meanings are applied. I believe the meanings I’ve applied tell a very cohesive story and matches what we see in reality, at least the part of the film that has already happened. I submit to you that it is mathematically impossible that I could be able find cohesive meanings for 225 data points and end up with a seamless plot if that overall plot is not correct. 225 relevant hidden meanings in 390 seconds. This video is more than a pet project.

The world has been ruled by criminal secret societies for thousands of years. They retain and expand their control through the use of mis-education, banking, blackmail, bribery, violence and covert legal and political control. Their dominance is driven by persuasion in every possible form, from assassinations to extortion, and from mis-education to censorship. Powerful factions cooperate through secret societies, most of whose membership is wholly unaware of the real agenda — most members are carefully misinformed as a means to hide the true agenda of those at the top.

For many generations, the politically powerful have hidden their secrets of power from the population. To reinforce this occlusion, they control the educational and authoritative institutions, carefully misinforming the population about almost every topic imaginable. As a result, the average person has a radically distorted view of reality. This is what makes this film so difficult to understand — to interpret it, one must dig for the truth across many subjects. These truths are often carefully hidden and obscured with mountains of misinformation.

This film appears to be made by the good guys for many reasons, but why would the good guys encode their message like this? I think one reason is to hide the true meaning from the public for a significant amount of time — until someone like me comes along and spills the beans. The other reason I reveal in my conclusion (which you are best to not read until you’ve read the rest of the analysis.)

With the advent of modern technology (the Industrial Revolution and the Technological Revolution), the evil rulers in these halls of power have gained awesome capabilities so powerful that it is difficult for the average person to comprehend. Evil has accelerated sharply over the last 100 years. The good people in secret societies likely realized that the psychopaths in their ranks were so evil and twisted that they would eventually gain enough power to destroy the good people in their groups. Nothing motivates change like a direct threat of permanent extinction to your family tree.

While competing, secretive factions also traditionally cooperate in order to control populations — like evil shepherds with their flocks. The good factions appear to have realized that the truly evil people were destined to destroy everything, including the good people at the top! There was a very real danger that the psychopaths would be able to create a situation which would be irreversible — powered by modern technology. Good people appear to be destroying the evil system and, indeed, the whole notion of secret societies. “I, pet goat II” tells the story of the operation to rid the world of this dangerous parasite.

Everything in this deconstruction is my opinion. Decoding this film is only possible using subjective evaluation requiring judgement calls about every detail. This is by design. This film is meant to be difficult to understand, even if one has deep knowledge into a whole array of esoteric and occult topics. I’ve done my best and have tried to give ample footnotes to supporting information, but don’t trust my opinions. Do your own research!

The following is an overview of the story’s plot as closely as I understand it. I intend to publish more detailed explanations of each of the sections in subsequent posts.

Cast of Characters

Heliofant’s Gallery Page presents a list of characters. It is worth reading how they describe each one. My descriptions below are stated through my lens of understanding, so they don’t match Heliofant’s descriptions. I believe Heliofant’s descriptions are also somewhat cryptic and meant as clues to the deeper meanings.

Characters Mentioned by Heliofant

The Goat - An average, unenlightened person in a concentration camp — the world we didn’t realize we lived in.

Human Spirit - The potential in everyone to be enlightened. By enlightened, I mean one who is a good, wise person and has learned enough about Humanity to understand the full intricacies of cooperative free will and the consequences for our actions and reactions. It takes a lot of introspection to understand this. This is not Jesus.

George W. Bush Jr. - Exactly the puppet he appears to be. Likely flipped to the good side - details unknown. It is not clear if George was flipped during his Presidency, but it is possible.

Barak Hussein Obama - Exactly the puppet he appears to be. The question is who was puppeteering him and at what time? So far, I cannot prove if Obama was always controlled, if he flipped, or if it was before his Presidency or during. He could have been controlled by forced persuasion or replaced with a body double. Even within Obama’s first year, he took actions as President that the bad guys would have never done. An example is Executive Order 13526, which made it illegal to classify any document that concealed a crime or was classified to avoid embarrassing anyone. Another is the Smith Mundt Modernization Act, which made it legal to lie to Americans domestically (which we are experiencing in Technicolor® as of this writing.)

Lily - Represents good people in powerful, secretive, enlightened bloodlines.

Sun-sue - Hyper-vigilant and patriotic people who would stand up against militarized corruption if tensions escalated sufficiently. Think Tiananmen Square. They include motivated, patriotic individuals and other revolutionary heroes.

Aali - Represents the truth about the Davidic bloodline - the descendants of Jesus (House of David.) “Aali” means “enlightened.”

Juan “Pepito” - Represents oppressed workers consumed by corruption. “Pepito” is a Hispanic diminutive of “Pepe”. “Pepito” is also Spanish for “Joseph,” which could refer to the Davidic bloodline as the younger brother of the heir apparent is always “a Joseph.” (i.e.: “Joseph of Arimathia” is always the younger brother to the heir apparent of the Davidic bloodline.)

L’Enfant Bleu - Represents the militaries of the world. French for “blue child.” Police are “boys in blue.” Blue is associated with tradition, conservatism, calmness and stability. In North America, blue is also associated with trustworthiness. In Western European countries, blue is associated with truth, serenity, reliability, responsibility, and fidelity. Operating in the background, the military is the only way.

Madame Q - The structural part of the criminal cabal who orchestrates the process of Brownstoning — the intentional procurement of blackmail material (“kompromat”) used to persuade people to cooperate. Think Jefferey Epstein and Ghislane Maxwell and the criminals that enabled them.

Ludovic - Average people kept weakened by the system. “Ludo” in Latin means “to play” and “Ovis” means egg or a sheep. The egg symbolizes the potential, genetics and soul of people. “Sheep” is a reference to those uneducated in the occult. Essentially, unenlightened people. The name “Ludovic” also has a Germanic root meaning “illustrious in combat.” May also be a tacit reference to “Luddite.”

Drako - The banking cabal. Sorcerers. The hidden hand, indoctrinating and controlling peoples’ minds via all means imaginable. “Drako” means “dragon” and can also mean “devil.” Members of the royal bloodlines are identified with dragons, though most of royalty is not evil.

Pietà - Black Madonna / Magdalene. “Pietà” literally means “image of Mary Magdalene with dead Jesus on her lap.” This may be one of many clues that lead to the Davidic bloodline. The vial in her hand is likely poison — a bio-weapon that can kill millions of people. Think vaccination and other icky stuff in our food, water and medicine.

Conductor - Called “Skullduggery” on the Heliofant website, this character appears to be the conductor of the covert operation. Operates in the shadows and we will likely never know who or what it is/was. Military intelligence.

Osama Bin Laden - Real name is Tim Osman, a CIA operative. Conjurer and messenger of evil.

Lady Helotry - Statue of Liberty. Mentioned here only because the Heliofant website points out that this symbolizes slavery and serfdom

Characters Not Mentioned by Heliofant

Claddagh Girl - Represents abused, mentally ill, transgender and/or homosexual, abducted slaves, tortured and conditioned to be extremely loyal and violent. Intended to weaken western countries through terrorism. I wish this were a joke, but it is not. It is deadly serious.

Prisoner Fish - Represents criminals who have been persuaded to help defeat the evil system, possibly in return for witness testimony and evidence in return for reduced punishment. Black and white striped fish almost always have a name related to prisoners, but one variant is called a “Sheep’s Head,” which could indicate that some of the persuaded criminals are not high level criminals.

I suggest making sure you’ve read through the cast of characters above and don’t be afraid to come back and refer to them if you have questions in the following documents. It is a lot of information to digest.
