Hey, Smart Paul,

likely so much of all of this is d/t some of the following? We've seen some of these pieces, and in pursuing legitimate honoring of the Constitution, well...perhaps that ain't the best plan as we are NOT

under it?

Sarah,

With all due respect, the 'US is a corporation' narrative is a canard.

A very huge and oft-repeated duck, but a duck nonetheless

USCON is operative and most certainly applies.

There's no "US Corporation." Corporations are formed under the law of countries and states. It doesn't make sense to have a legal entity created under the law it creates. For when it is formed, there is no law to form it.

Beyond oath of office, if SCOTUS rules that the pResident and others are guilty of TREASON, then the legitimate chain of command is broken. The military would be faced with taking orders from someone that had been declared a traitor by the highest court in the land. They would have to act autonomously to restore legitimate civilian leadership. No other choice.

There’s more to that piece of music than most inner ears stand ;) and perhaps Brunson Bros. Will keep us apprised of further comms from SCOTUS, however, we suspect that there’s a timeline hanging like an anvil, they’re between a rock and a hard place, they either act on one of these cases or the military act without them. Either way, the military is the only way out of this mess, unless, the Zoids have other plans for this great experimental country of ours.
